By-Laws

It is agreed that this membership and all persons using the Club hereunder are bound by and shall comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations of the Club as they are amended from time to time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termi-nation of membership.

Resignation

Should a member decide to terminate their mem-bership, it shall be understood that the City Club must be notified in writing and pay any out-standing balance in full.

Dues and Assessments are subject to periodic changes as approved by the Board of Directors.

Minimums- All Members are required to meet a monthly food minimum. Minimums are the amount that must be spent each month; otherwise you will be invoice for the difference at the end of your quarter.

Corporate Membership - has entitlement for six individuals from the corporation to use the Club.

Monthly Dues $200.00, Monthly Minimum $300.00

Business Professional - has entitlement for four individuals from the business to use the Club.

Monthly Dues- $142.00, Monthly Minimum $70.00

Resident Family - has entitlement for any family unit residing within Davidson County.

Monthly Dues- $50.00, Monthly Minimum $100.00

Under 40 - individuals or couple who are between the ages of 21 and 39.

Monthly Dues-$35.00, Monthly Minimum $75.00

Single Senior - an individual who is single and over the age of 65.

Monthly Dues $35.00, Monthly Minimum $75.00

Non-Resident Member - and individual or family residing outside Davidson County.

Quarterly Dues $75.00, No Monthly Minimum
